‘Celtic Farm’ Riesling

Pale straw in colour with green hues with lifted aromatic profile showcases lemon sherbet, rockmelon, and white blossom characters. The palate is flavoursome with lemon pith, finger lime and apple strudel notes balanced with soft, crisp acidity. A classic, approachable Clare Valley Riesling, great as a summers drink and matched with seafood. Best consumed in its youth but can be enjoyed over the next five years.

‘White Hut’ Riesling

Lifted aromatics showcase a pure expression of lemon pith with subtle notes of jasmine and citrus blossom. Flavour wise the palate has zesty lime juice and lemon grass flavours with a long chalky, mineral like acidity providing freshness, structure and length.

2022 Amisfield Dry Riesling

A flinty minerality leads to a palate with citrus zest, green apple, florals and a brilliant rush of lively acidity.

“Tight, moderately concentrated riesling with lime zest, white wildflowers and oyster shell flavours. Quite an assertive and chunky wine. Good food wine.”

2022 Gaelic Cemetery
‘McAskill’ Riesling

The appearance is very pale green with vibrant youthful hues. Aromatically, fresh green limes typical of this block come to the fore with subtle floral notes. The palate is quite pure and elegant built around salivating acidity with
lemon drop and finger lime flavours. The balance between the acidity, texture
and flavour profile is impeccable, powerful in flavour yet elegant in style.

2023 Pike & Joyce
‘Ceder’ Riesling

“From Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills. There’s good texture and flavour here, a sense of sweetness, but decidedly dry and zippy in its style. Expect lime juice, a sniff and lick of crystallised ginger, a squirt of apple juice and faint, brine-laced acidity. Vibrant and bright, a bit of pleasing juiciness in front and mid-palate, a touch of chalkiness and pucker as it finishes. All up, it feels great to drink.”

2022 Nigl Riesling ‘Hochhacker’

“Very cool and delicate on the still rather closed nose. White peach, Amalfi lemon and wild herbs. As concentrated as it is elegant on the medium-bodied palate. Terrific minerality wrapped around the racy acidity that drives the very long, stony finish. Part picked in late October, the rest well into November. Vegan. Sustainable. Screw cap.”
