2022 Carillion ‘GM198 Clone’ Riesling

ORANGE, NSW

Located on the slopes of Mt Canobolas is the perfect plot to make cool climate Riesling of real finesse. Grown at 800 metres above sea level, the ‘Origins’ Riesling produces an aromatically charged wine with a nose of orange blossom. Grown from the Alsatian GM-198 clone, the palate is bursting with juicy citrus before mineral acidity floods the finish. This riesling is ready to drink now but will develop with mid term cellaring. Pair with spicy Asian dishes or fresh seafood.

2021 Amisfield Dry Riesling

CENTRAL OTAGO, NZ

A flinty minerality leads to a palate with citrus zest, green apple, florals and a brilliant rush of lively acidity.

“Dry it is. It’s racy and refreshing, tasty with lemon-lime, gingery notes, oatmeal and smooth cashew savouriness in the mix. Frisky, fresh, cool and bright, while light on there’s decent concentration here and serious drive. Very refreshing. Sheesh, this is great!”

2021 Rock of Wisdom Superfly White

Riesling/Semillon

EDEN VALLEY, SA

The aim of Superfly White is to be light bright and excited. Each year, parcels of fruit that best show these attributes are selected.

“Mealy nose with lime and mandarin. The palate is saline and has lots going on, apricot, jasmine, verbena, wet hay and lime skin. Absolutely delicious with so many flavours fizzing throughout. A starburst of a wine.”

Pale straw in colour with green hues with lifted aromatic profile showcases lemon sherbet, rockmelon, and white blossom characters. The palate is flavoursome with lemon pith, finger lime and apple strudel notes balanced with soft, crisp acidity. A classic, approachable Clare Valley Riesling, great as a summers drink and matched with seafood. Best consumed in its youth but can be enjoyed over the next five years.

2022 Gaelic Cemetery McAskill Riesling

CLARE VALLEY, SA

The appearance is very pale green with vibrant youthful hues. Aromatically,
fresh green limes typical of this block come to the fore with subtle floral
notes. The palate is quite pure and elegant built around salivating acidity with
lemon drop and finger lime flavours. The balance between the acidity, texture
and flavour profile is impeccable, powerful in flavour yet elegant in style.

2022 Gaelic Cemetery White Hut Riesling
