Déjà vu Wine Co. is delighted to announce it will commence distribution of Margan Family Wines in all three Eastern seaboard states effective February 1st 2023.
Peter Crannage, Director of Déjà Vu Wine Co:
“I am delighted to have the opportunity to represent these great wines in both the New South Wales and Victorian markets. I have had a long association with Andrew and the Margan brand in Queensland. The inclusion of such a highly regarded family-owned Hunter brand in all three states, combined with their extensive knowledge and work in Hunter sub-regions such as Broke Fordwich, only strengthens the Deja vu Wine Co. offering.”
Andrew Margan, Managing Director & Winemaker Margan Family Wines:
“Lisa and I started Margan Wines in 1996 and as a family owned winegrowing company our brand needs to be represented in the Australian market by people who value the provenance and integrity of who we are and what we do. My association with Peter at Deja Vu goes back many years and Deja Vu are ideally positioned to help to continue the growth of our brand along the East Coast. The improvements we have achieved in both our viticulture and winemaking, and now with distribution will provide for the future sustainability of Margan Wines as the next generation of Margans start to come through.”

About Margan Family Wines
Margan Wines is a multi-generational grape growing and winemaking operation established by Andrew and Lisa Margan in 1996. The estate now farms 100 hectares of vines following regenerative agricultural principles on the historic Fordwich Sill (Broke Fordwich GI), a truly iconic volcanic soil formation dating back 200 million years.
A combination of 50yr old vineyards planted to traditional varieties such as Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz, with the addition of some more contemporary regional styles including Albarino, Barbera and field blends of Shiraz/Mourvedre and Tempranillo/Graciano/Shiraz.
The second generation of Alessa and Ollie as viticulturalist and winemaker respectively are back home after experience abroad, bringing with them a fresh perspective to the brands evolution. A gentle approach in the winery at Margan aims to produce wines of regional definition and varietal typicity.
