For celebratory moments big and small,
make this Christmas the most sparkling yet with Nyetimber!
“So, perhaps Nyetimber really is the Krug of England. Or should we say that Krug is the Nyetimber of Champagne? Either way, I cannot recommend this exemplary, delicious, flag-bearing English sparkling wine highly enough, at any price. The quality Nyetimber is achieving is almost too good, and I mean that quite seriously.”
For over 30 years, Nyetimber has had a single aim: to make the finest English Sparkling Wine, one to rival the very best in the world.
A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer of English sparkling wine to exclusively grow the three celebrated grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Nyetimber is made from one hundred percent estate-grown grapes and is regarded as England’s finest sparkling wine.
Multi-Vintage Classic Cuvee
(Gift boxed or naked)
Available in 1.5L & 3L
Pinot Noir 30-40%
Pinot Meunier 10-20%
The signature wine of Nyetimber, a perfect balance of elegance and intensity.
Best Pairings: smoked salmon, oysters, scallops, asparagus, sushi.
“Offering up aromas of honeycomb, apple blossom, warm pastry, candied peel and nougat, it’s medium to full-bodied, seamless and pillowy, with a pretty core of fruit, bright acids and an elegant pinpoint mousse.”
“Really a standout in terms of balance. I’d love to taste this blind with a similarly priced champagne. Smoky, broad and mouth-filling.”
17.5/20 – Jancis Robinson
Pinot Noir 45-65%
Pinot Meunier 5%
A textured and generous rosé with a core of bright red fruit, evoking the English summer.
Best pairings: brown crab, salmon fillets, veal carpaccio, guinea fowl.
“Medium to full-bodied, seamless and complete, with a vibrant core of elegantly fleshy fruit, bright acids and a pillowy mousse, this has turned out very well. In fact, it’s the finest rosé I’ve tasted from this address.”
92 Points – Robert Parker
“Salmon pink. Fresh redcurrant and red-apple aroma, zingy acid and biscuity notes on the finish. Saline and savoury. Lovely refreshment, and that fruit is very pronounced. Excellent winemaking, very satisfying.”

2014 Blanc de Blancs
Available in 1.5L
A wine of complexity and delicacy, aged for a longer time on the lees to develop classic brioche and vanilla aromas.
Best pairings: white crab, lobster, fritto misto, octopus, mussels.
“This smells like an autumn apple festival! Gloriously appley. And such purity! A wine that is not relying on lees ageing to give it depth or flavour or richness – it’s all there in this incredible fruit. It fills the mouth, a trumpet concerto of silver and gold notes, while the acidity feels like the spine-tingling vibrations of harp strings, thrumming up and down – I can feel this wine like a thread-fine electric current under my skin and through my bones. Translucent white spring florals dancing weightlessly through prismic citrus; lime, yuzu, grapefruit peel. Then, right at the end, a lick of cold salted butter, a dab of cumin and coriander spice. Outstanding!”

2014 Tillington Single Vineyard
78% Pinot Noir
A true expression of place, this rare and refined wine encapsulates the exceptional terrior of one of Nyetimber’s most celebrated vineyards.
A light gold complexion with very fine bubbles. On the nose, alluring aromas of wild strawberry and a delicate floral bouquet lead into richer notes of pastry and praline. The palate is generous yet refined, with ripe red apple and apricot complemented by undertones of fresh citrus. Opulent fruit and complex almond characters persist in a long and nuanced finish.
Structured with a richness that pairs beautifully with weightier fish, such as monkfish or John Dory.
2010 Prestige Blanc ‘1086’

The 2010 has an elegant pale golden colour and complex aromas including fresh grapefruit, nougat and a fine minerality. The palate is both delicate and yet generous with great intensity and a lovely touch of vanilla on the delightfully long finish.
2010 Prestige Rose
75% Pinot Noir
The 2010 Rosé is silky and elegant with a pure crystalline backbone, evoking floral, cassis and red fruit aromas. Wonderful progression, with great tension between fruit and structure and a persistent finish.
