Biodiversity
Casas del Bosque has a rich ecosystem. Different animals coexist playing an important role in sustainable viticulture techniques: controlling weeds and helping to reduce the use of herbicides.

Biological Corridors
Biological corridors throughout the vineyard preserve the native forest, which is an integral part of the biodiversity. These corridors minimize the environmental impact and create a safe habitat that is shared with the vines, giving home to natural enemies of eventual plagues that might damage the vineyard.

Water Conservation
Water has always been a precious resource, and for years Casas del Bosque have strived to develop a water conservation plan that drives hydric efficiency and conscious use. At the vineyard they have an efficient, technical drip irrigation system that feeds on subterranean wells that fill the dams. Most of them are covered with waterbags so as to reduce loss by evaporation, especially during the hot summer months. These waterbags also keep the water clean, ensuring each plant receives optimal hydration.

Sauvignon Blanc 2021
A colder summer means great aromatic concentration with floral and green notes, typical from Casablanca Valley. The wine is dry and crisp, with good length and refreshing acidity.
Chardonnay 2021
Citrus aromas, peach flowers and yellow apples merge with notes of caramel, toasted almonds and honey.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Black cherries, strawberries, with hints of chocolate and mint on the nose. A supple and broad palate, with some tannic grip.
