Margan Wines Ceres Hill Semillon 2025

Sourced from the original Margan estate vineyard, CS1, planted in 1989 on grey clay over sandstone. Farmed following regenerative agricultural practices since ’23, with no cultivation, herbicide or pesticides. Two months of post-ferment lees ageing prior to bottling. The wine is gorgeous from the first pour, with fragrant lime blossom and citrus leaf characters underpinned by an elegant vein of acidity. There is excellent depth of flavour within the fine frame, and the wine finishes with impressive length.

Margan Wines Fordwich Hill Semillon 2025

Best One Year Old Semillon

Sourced from block FS5(E) on red volcanic loam, harvested only from the east-facing side, which receives the most sunlight early in the day (when the day is coolest) and shade in the afternoon. Hand-picked fruit is cool-fermented and rested on fine lees for three months. The concentration is impressive, as is the purity. Ultra clean, with preserved lemon notes, a delicate scent of white flowers and flecks of tonic. The palate is beautifully expansive, with excellent weight, shape and form. Fine, long and delicious.
