Kirilly grew up in the Macedon Ranges. Whilst studying Agricultural Science at the University of Melbourne, a work experience job with the inspirational Bill Dhillon led to a passion for growing grapes and making wine.  A number of years later in 2016 with two amazing young boys and a second degree in Wine Science from Charles Sturt University, Bowerbird Wines was born.

With a desire to create a small collection of well-made wines driven by intuition and feel as much as science. 
Bowerbirds collect things that they find beautiful or curious to share with others.
