On the 45th parallel, Central Otago is one of the world’s most southerly wine regions. Renowned for Pinot Noir, it’s also home to vineyards which produce vibrant and aromatic white wines. Lake Hayes’ winemakers work with growers from across the region, selecting fruit that represents the best of their varietal to create plush, red fruited Pinot Noirs, lush, fruity Pinot Gris and fresh, bright Sauvignon Blanc.
