Maison Prince de Lise belongs to the Piffaut family, an influential Burgundian family who have been owners of some of Burgundy’s most prime vineyards since 1898. Today, under the guidance of Eric Piffaut and his son Aurélien Piffaut, Prince de Lise is a representation of generations of Burgundian winemaking wisdom, and the terroir itself, from which they grow their grapes. Together, they take pride in combining traditional techniques with modern methods, remaining respectful of the history of their family and region, to create a harmonious Blanc de Blanc, through which Burgundy can shine.
