STEFANO MASSONE

Stefano Massone is dedicated to the white grape, Cortese. And this is the reason the estate is located in the warmer south-eastern part of the region of Gavi, where this variety grape achieves maximum ripeness.  Rigorous vineyard management, organic farming practices and low yields are vital to producing Cortese of high quality.

Established in 1975, with 10 hectares planted to Cortese,  Massone consistently crafts a single-varietal, single-vineyard bottling of ‘Vigneto Masera’ that shines!  A crisp yet textural white with pear and celery, lime-leaf and mineral notes that shows the incredible value and enjoyment that can be found in the wines of Gavi.
