Cuvee ‘Palm’ Rosé 2021 (1.5L)

Château de l’Escarelle
‘Cuvee Château’ Rosé 2022 (1.5L)
Provence, France
Dependable, elegant and bursting with fruit. Attractive and glossy salmon-pink, with delicate, elegant floral aromas and mineral liveliness with strawberry notes.
Amisfield Pinot Noir 2020 (1.5L)
Central Otago, NZ
Concentrated notes of black doris plum and dark red fruits combine with a complementary savouriness building layers of complexity into the wine. Structural, fine grained tannins provide lovely weight and backbone which is framed with bright natural acidity and well integrated French oak.

“So, perhaps Nyetimber really is the Krug of England. Or should we say that Krug is the Nyetimber of Champagne? Either way, I cannot recommend this exemplary, delicious, flag-bearing English sparkling wine highly enough, at any price. The quality Nyetimber is achieving is almost too good, and I mean that quite seriously.”

Nyetimber Classic Cuvee MV 1.5L
Nyetimber Classic Cuvee MV (Gift Boxed)
West Sussex, England
The signature wine of Nyetimber!
A perfect balance of elegance and intensity.
Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after extended lees ageing in our cellar (usually more than three years). The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours.

Kalleske ‘Johann Georg’ Shiraz 2019
Barossa Valley, SA
The wine is a tribute to Johann Georg Kalleske, the first Kalleske ancestor to migrate to Australia from Prussia in 1838. A powerful, but elegant wine of great sophistication showing flavours of dark berries, cured meats and savoury spice. The full-bodied muscular palate is rich and dense with finely textured tannins and fleshy dark fruit. A generous finish completes this magnificent wine that will benefit from a decade or more in the cellar.
Badiola Vinos de Pueblo 2018
3 bottle Gift Pack
Rioja, Spain
Each Vino de Pueblo is made exclusively from vineyard plots in their individual village with the aim of reflecting the notable differences in character among the great, historic wine villages of Rioja Alavesa.
2018, the first vintage at Badiola turned out to be ideal to start showcasing the differences between the villages. Fresh, delicate, aromatic wines that allow the terroir to shine through.
There’s always room for dessert!

Margan Botrytis Semillon 2023 375ml
Broke Fordwich, NSW
True to the style of classic sweet wines this one has a luscious palate with apricot marmalade, honeysuckle and pineapple. The finish is long and refreshing with citrus notes. It is a beautifully balanced wine.
Samos Phyllas Vin Doux 2021 (Fortified)
Samos, Aegean Islands, Greece
“Deep golden colour, brilliant and clear; sweetly ripe and slightly baked, a crème brulée-like toffeed muscat fruit aroma. Quite sweet on the tongue but it dries toward the finish thanks to tannins at least as much as acid, a hint of bitterness also contributing. Very good concentration. Best comparison would be to a Muscat de Beaumes de Venise.”
