The new creation from GAIA WINES Is a higher expression of the Assyrtiko variety, created exclusively from the harvest of a rare, century-old vineyard on the island of Santorini.
Its name is inspired by the company’s emblem, the ammonite, a fossil of a marine organism.
The embossed artwork on the label illustrates the Fibonacci mathematical sequence, capturing its geometric harmony.
